hahahaha :)

Well, a lot has happened in the past...28 hours? I can't remember. It started at the NHS Induction Ceremony. It was actually a lot of fun :) Kinda boring just sitting there waiting for people to be called up to receive their awards, but I had a good time. Until Madame Schmitz started reading my personal excerpt thing. She decided to include a quote from my application. Bad idea. But it got the audience laughing :) I'll try to post a video of it later. Needless to say, I got a lot of comments about it at school today. Those weren't so great. But I really appreciate all the wonderful things Madame said about me. Then when I got home, I had at least an hour of homework to do, but I decided to go on Facebook instead. Smart choice, because Alex Baptiste and I had some pretty interesting conversations about extremely random stuff :) But they kept me distracted from what I really didn't want to do, which is what I needed. School was interesting. Fossum wasn't there to participate in Cookie Friday, so he left me a letter apologizing & asking me to leave him some in the fridge. And this letter wasn't just on a piece of notebook paper. It was like stationary. He is probably one of my favorite teachers ever. After school, I had to wait until Brendan's basketball practice was over at 5 to get picked up, even though my mother had the day off. It wasn't that bad, until she actually came & we ran out of gas trying to leave the school. We waited for about an hour for the people to come deliver gas to us, and then went to go get more. Since it took so long to leave the school, I couldn't go home & change into different clothes for the football game, so I had to wear what I wore to school. That consisted of a thin white t-shirt, brown leggings, high heeled boots, and a trench coat. It seemed like the coldest night of my life. But of course, the people I was sitting with kept it fun :) We beat Corona del Mar 49-42. After the game, Brendan and I had to wait an extra 30 minutes for our mom to get there. Not fun. And cold. But now I'm finally home & in some sweatpants under the covers. Despite all the issues, it's been a good day :) But for some reason, I can't stop thinking about him. He makes me want to stop everything I'm doing with the other "him." I can't explain why or how or when, I just know there's something. And it's all I can think about.

superstars of the day:
:) Everyone I sat with at the football game: Alex, Max, Cody, Payton, Megan, Alanna, Amaris, Cari, Samantha, Molly, and Brendan. Thank you for making sitting in the cold soo much better <3
