So we had to go out this Friday to run some errands & go to appointments and stuff. I ate breakfast around 10:30 or so, and I thought I was gonna be fine, cause my mom told me I could get some popcorn. So I waited until we were passing the place to ask my mom, and she said NO. I was pissed. By that time, it was about 3:15, so I was looking at 6 hours without eating. So I went to my chiropractor appointment, and waited until it was over. When it was, I called my mom, and she didn't answer her phone. So I called my brother. He said they were test-driving cars. I told them to come and get me so I could get something to eat. They did, we went back to the dealership, dropped off the car, and got some food. But i was being a brat because I didn't eat anything and I had an attitude with my mom when we were getting the food. She told me off, and I was quiet until we pulled into the next dealership. She parked the car & went off to look at the Saturn Outlook. The boys & I stayed in the car, because we didn't think that it would take that long. After a while, the boys were both asleep, and my mom came over to the car. She said, "Tierra, come look at cars with me." So I got out, my mood instantly improving. The car salesman, Rodney, had clearly already talked my mom into trading in our 1999 Mazda Millenia and getting a car for me, but I wasn't aware. She had me look at the Sentra, and just as I decided that I liked that one, I saw the Versa. I fell in love. I just had to have it, and with a little cajoling, she let me get it :) We spent the next 6 hours in the dealership getting the 2 cars: the Saturn Outlook and my Nissan Versa SL. I haven't stopped smiling since :)
